The Democrats wrap themselves in a flag ...
... a white flag, that is. Michelle Malkin has a suggestion to send each one of the contemporary Copperheads one of these:
Politically craven? Opportunistic? In denial about the Islamist enemy? Either way, Cad Reid et al are acting with reckless disregard for the long range interests of this country. They are demoralizing moderate Muslims who are needed to fight their radicalized brethren and can only embolden the Islamists in their jihad. Certainly even the most pissant Islamist dweller of Londonistan feels free to engage in unironic Nazi projection.
Good show, Dems. The Party of Tolerance adds Party of Victory through Peace In Our Time to its list of subtitles.

Actually, the white feather was used in WWI to shame able-bodied men who wouldn't enlist. Basically the forerunner to the modern-day chickenhawk accusation. Seems an odd symbol for someone like Malkin to latch onto, but given her historical ignorance in other areas, not particularly surprising.
Once again the Right demonstrates its preference for juvenile emotional symbolism over serious consideration of important issues.

It sound like we really need Operation Yellow Elephant sending white feathers to all the young Republicans supporting the war but staying home for other priorities.
Why hasn't Malkin enlisted? Maybe she should be sent a white feather. She's of age
