Well, you know Obama did say ...

... to his supporters to get out there, confront Republicans and conservatives and "get in their faces"

(h/t Nice Deb)

There's a lot of anger out there. At Palin's rally yesterday, someone in the audience shouted out KILL HIM during one of Palin's packaged screeds. And McCain chuckled when an audience member shouted out that Obama was a terrorist.

This blog seethes with Darlene's hatred of her fellow Americans. It's a little hard to criticize something you help incite.

Here's a nice report from the Washington Post about the lovely kind of people supporting the gender politician Palin:

Worse, Palin's routine attacks on the media have begun to spill into ugliness. In Clearwater, arriving reporters were greeted with shouts and taunts by the crowd of about 3,000. Palin then went on to blame Katie Couric's questions for her "less-than-successful interview with kinda mainstream media." At that, Palin supporters turned on reporters in the press area, waving thunder sticks and shouting abuse. Others hurled obscenities at a camera crew. One Palin supporter shouted a racial epithet at an African American sound man for a network and told him, "Sit down, boy."

Such lovely people this cynical Republican ticket attracts.

Are you astroturfing via an ActionWire? Your first comment has already been debunked. Not that will stop your spamming lies. Excitable Andy is still obsessing over Trig.

I was at the Carson rally and sat right behind the media. Nothing like that happened there, indeed if you read my post the moonbats were the hate-filled ones. Because they/you are SCARED.

Face it. The simpering handmaidens of the LEft who bleet "but I AM a feminist" are scared of a self-made REAL woman like Palin.

Oh my Darleen. I don't understand quite what you're saying there. Apparently Palin is a REAL woman...unlike all the other human beings with XY chromosomes. And I'm simpering and I'm scared...LOL! Take a look at the polls, darlin'. The fear ain't on my side.

And you were sitting right behind the press? So you can attest to this then:

"None of this is new, but the degree of intensity is different," Milbank says. "It's taken an uglier turn. I've been doing this for years, and there's never been anything quite like this."

Milbank says that after the Palin attacked the New York Times and Katie Couric in her stump speech yesterday in Florida, he and other reporters were pelted with boos, with some saying things like "screw you" and "fucking liberal media."

"McCain has so overtly taken on the media -- they're doing it to rile the base," he continued. "And lo and behold, the base is good and riled."

The conservative movement is a movement in decay. All they have left is hate. And in that way, Darleen, you are a prime representative of the current conservative movement.

You're a nice case study of "projection."

No Darleen, I'm just asking you those questions you seem to have hid from your whole life. Some women are real and some are fake? Was that your point? Can't you defend your own bilious words?

It's sad to watch a woman like yourself curdle with hatred. I don't think it has dawned on you but what you hate...is your own country. Face it, the majority of your fellow Americans are going to vote Barack Obama into office on Nov. 4. Democracy in action. The will of the people. This is what love of country is all about.

Meanwhile the Republicans have the Pyrrhic victory of watching this shrill, brainless woman stand at a microphone and give voice to their hatred and scorn and rage at the fact that America will never again be defined monolithically by white, anti-intellectual, faux-Christian exceptionalists. You're becoming a PART of this great country, but will never again define it. From my end, it's like watching the wicked witch of the west burn up in a puddle of cleansing water. It's great to watch, but I can see how painful it is for someone like you.

Leah,

My God, you have bought into the "evil, white, Republicans are the scourge of the earth" meme, haven't you. You truly don't understand what Darleen is talking about. You're just throwing out tired cliches and ignorant arguments.

I was trying to have intellectual discourse with you, but after reading that dribble, Never mind.
What you just posted is straight out of Daily Kos/Huffington Post/Democratic Underground cartoon characterization of Conservatives/Republicans.

I think all the anger is in Obama’s church, with its God damn America bile that democrats just cant seem to get enough of.
