Ratf**king Democrats, don't you ...

...ever again try to blame the subprime meltdown on "free market excesses" or "Republican deregulation." You lie and you know it.

Maxine Waters (D-CA) at .48

Mr. Chairman we do not have a crisis at Freddie Mac and particularly at Fannie Mae under the outstanding leadership of Frank Raines

Lacy Clay (D-MO)at 2.22 declares

This hearing about the political lynching of Franklin Raines.

Barney Frank (D-MA) at 5.00

I don't see anything in this report that raises safety and soundness problems.

Watch the whole thing and be amazed.

You do realize that there's more to the crisis than just Fannie and Freddie, don't you? You are aware that institutions other than those two played a role, aren't you? Do you even know what a CDO is? How about a credit default swap? Do you know anything at all about finance and securities regulation?

Nice.
Looks like "truth" hurts.
Simply play video of dem. rocket scientists savaging a regulator for having the temerity to point out that their socialist policies (and by socialist I mean racist)will cause market problems in the future, and the robots climb all over themselves to launch personal attacks on the person playing the video. Will these idiots outlaw c-span if they get the chance? Because I've got to tell you, there are lots of public statements by sub-morons like Waters, Clay, and Frank stored away on video. "Truth" is going to have to do an awful lot of expunging to get reality to line up with his/her commie views. Think you're up to that, "truth"?
Go ahead, give it a shot. Americans can smell a brownshirt a mile off. Let's have that argument. In public. Let's put the sunshine on you and the rest of the junior commissars who use slimey personal attacks because they've got nothing else. I'm looking forward to that.
