Tragic news and repeating the question

From WaPo

BAGHDAD, July 20--Two U.S. soldiers missing since an attack on a checkpoint last week have been found dead near a power plant in Yusifiyah, south of Baghdad, according to an Iraqi defense official.

Maj. Gen. Abdul Aziz Muhammed-Jassim, head of operations at the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, said the soldiers had been "barbarically" killed and that there were traces of torture on their bodies.

So much for "insurgents" being the equivalent of legitimate armed forces who deal in things like Geneva conventions.
In a second statement released Monday, al-Qaeda in Iraq claimed to be holding four Russian diplomats abducted in Baghdad's Mansour neighborhood in early June. Another Russian Embassy employee died in the attack. As conditions of the diplomats' release, the group demanded the withdrawal of Russian forces from Chechnya and the release of "our brothers and sisters in Russian prisons."
And everyone recalls the courageous fight by Chechnya Islamofascists in Beslan.

I repeat my one question to the anti-war advocates.

Do you at least acknowledge that the people we are fighting are evil?

Darleen,
Do YOU at least acknowledge that what happened to those 24 Iraqis in Haditha on November 19th was evil?

Or what happened to Abu Ghraib detainees was evil?

I can't speak for Darleen, but the answer is "yes".

One problem, at this point, is that it isn't abundantly obvious who the killers are. Given al Qaeda's general targeting of the civilian populace in Iraq, it is quite possible that the triggermen are al Qaeda members.

Brad, please compare and contrast the following two paragraphs:

The Haditha Marines will have a courts-martial and be found guilty or not guilty and treated accordingly.

al Qaeda is of the opinion that what they've done is a right and just thing. There will be no investigation, no charges, no outrage.

Too bad for them, tho. They've assured themselves of 72 virgins, as they won't be allowed to surrender.

Or what happened to Abu Ghraib detainees was evil?

Evil? stupid and demeaning, yes. Evil? you have an interesting notion of the nature of evil. There is a difference between people doing evil and evil people.

Let me answer Brad without Political Correctness.
Brad, are you capable of distinguishing between cutting off heads by knives, burning and hanging corps on a bridge, on one hand, and keeping those who did it, enemies-prisoners, naked or with a dark bag on their heads, on the other hand?

If you not capable, then you are either mad, or a moron, or an evil, or all together.

If you see three meals a day for Islamic murderers at Gitmo as a torture, then you are either mad, or a moron, or an evil, or all together.

If you intentionally ignore that those marines who were accused of "a murder", were recently acquitted, and that many accusations come from Iraqis who are doing it intentionally, you are either mad, or a moron, or an evil, or all together.

If you intentionally forget that there were found mass graves in Iraq with 300,000 to 400,000 murdered by Saddam; if you intentionally forget that Saddam sent $25,000 to families of each Palestinian terrorist-bomber; if you intentionally forget the pictures with cutting off heads, tongues, arms, legs of Iraqis and throwing them down from walls and roofs by Saddam's menials; if you intentionally forget Saddam's invasion of Kuwait in order to control the entire oil region, you are either mad, or a moron, or an evil, or all together.

Brad was talking about Haditha, "Constantine". Try to stay relevant.
