Question for the anti-death penality advocates

There is no question whatsoever that Dennis Radar aka 'BTK' engaged in the most egregious, horrifying, evil acts against other human beings imaginable.

Please explain to me why he should not be put to death.

Yes, I know the plea bargain incarcerates him for life. My question deals with the appropriateness of a death penalty in a situation of premeditated murder where the quilt of the perp is not in question.

- Darleen. Even the Kool-aide drinkers have enough working brain cells to avoid such a pluralized case. Plus theres no anti-ChimpyBush "red meat" here, so I expect them to remain MIA on this one. Unless of course some third year psych major writes a term paper accusing Raiders mental disorders on Rovian waves. Then you might see 38 days of front page expose' in the NYTrash.
