Peace groups planning to protest a Blue Angels air show next month at the Brunswick Naval Air Station have enlisted a woman whose own demonstrations outside President Bush's Texas ranch have galvanized many against the war in Iraq.Yes, those evil, evil Navy pilots must be stopped. In the words of the protesters, Blue Angels are nothing but a "recruiting gimmick."
Cindy Sheehan of Vacaville, Calif., will be the featured guest at a protest on Saturday, Sept. 10, in Brunswick.
I bet Karl Rove is behind it.

- The press even bloated those numbers for the most part. I have friends that went down there last Sunday, and they said they were hard put to count even 50 "protesters" the whole time they were there... the counter group swelled easily to near 500+, and since there were two main groups of anti-wicked witch of the north Sheehans it was probably closer to a thousand. But that wouldn't bolster the left wing press, so they played it down. There was hardly any coverage, and I'm betting it was because the counter voices were there. Sharpton beat a hasty retreat out of town, sensing the bloom was off the rose for Cindy. In fact he tried to cut and run so fast his driver got stopped for major speeding. No point in a lot of work if hes not going to get "face time". What a phoney....
